Enrolments for 2024-2027

​​Thank you for your interest in enrolling your child at Holy Spirit School New Farm. Enrolments are currently open for 2024 through to 2027. Limited places are available for Year 1 through to Year 5 in 2024. Prep 2024 is full, with a waitlist.

How to apply

Applications should be submitted using our online enrolment form. It will take approximately 20 minutes to complete the application; however, you can save the form and return to complete it at a later time. If you save your application, you will receive a link to your incomplete application. This link will remain active for 30 days. 

If applying for enrolment for more than 1 student, when the form is completed, an option will be available to submit another enrolment for each additional student.

​After you have completed the enrolment form, please send the following documents to our administration team via email at pnewfarm@bne.catholic.edu.au.
  • Copy of Birth Certificate
  • Copy of Baptism Certificate
  • Copy of most recent school report (if applicable)
  • Any other relevant documentation.​​

After lodging an Enrolment Application, parents will be invited to attend an enrolment interview the year before the child is due to start. It is important that your child or children who are enrolling attend this interview.

Where vacancies exist, enrolment preference will be given to the children of:

  1. Families who already belong to the school community
  2. Catholic families who belong Holy Spirit Parish community
  3. Other Catholic families
  4. Other families who value the Catholic ethos of our school.​​

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to be Catholic to attend Holy Spirit School?
No, while many of our students belong to the Catholic faith, we value diversity and embrace all faith traditions. If like us, you are committed to your child's holistic education and support the ideal of an inclusive community, your family is warmly welcomed here. 

Do I need to live in a catchment area?
No, our families come from far and wide to attend Holy Spirit School. 

What will happen at my child's interview? 
The purpose of the interview is to introduce you and your child to the school. We will discuss the school's vision and mission, our curriculum, pedagogy, policies, and practices. This is also a great opportunity for you to address any concerns or questions about the school in general or about your child commencing school at Holy Spirit School.

What age does my child need to be to enrol in Prep?
To be eligible to enrol for Prep 2025 a child must be born between 1 July 2019 and 30 June 2020 . A child's Birth Certificate and Baptism Certificate must be presented at the time of enrolment. Please contact the school office on 07 3358 2344 to enquire regarding availability.​​
